Founded in 1994, Dynagram is the technology powerhouse behind a wide choice of open solutions that have become the standard in imposition. Dynagram’s latest innovative solution is inpO2, a suite of Acrobat Plug-in designed to operate from within Adobe® Acrobat®.

inpO2 creates sophisticated impositions and imposition layouts using PDF or JDF formats. There are two main workflows in inpO2: on-the-fly imposition and binding-based assembly.

• On-the-fly imposition allows the user to work on the light table and output the imposed document directly. This type of workflow is ideal for small publications or flatwork.
• Template and binding-based assembly allows the user to create a sheet template, import it in into the Assembly Manager and set the job parameters. While working on the assembly, the light table updates the layout in real time. inpO2 outputs the imposition in either PDF or JDF formats. You can output the complete imposition, including the source files placed in the layout, or simply the layout, which can later be populated by another process.

In addition to the full version, the inpO2 WEB edition adds advanced algorithms for web presses. The inpO2 ATOM edition is the entry-level edition for small or medium commercial printers working in a composite PDF environment with in-RIP separation.

Dynagram’s stand-alone application: DynaStrip
DynaStrip’s family of stand-alone imposition software is the most complete on the market for commercial printers. DynaStrip easily handles any job regardless of its complexity and is compatible with all major workflows. DynaStrip is CIP4 certified. Different editions are available to answer specific needs. The edition DynaStrip JDF Import offers advanced functionalities to import JDF stripping parameters from an MIS or estimation software, process the layout creation, and automatically send the enhanced JDF back to the MIS to be processed downstream in the workflow.
